How To Use

Roll Relax onto the lower abdomen, directly over the uterus as you start to feel monthly cramping come on.

You can even apply 2-3 times on the days leading up to the start of your period to help lessen the onset of cramping even more. 

Apply at least 2-3 times daily during the days of your period. If cramping is extra intense, you can apply as often as every 20 minutes. As the cramping lessens, apply 2-3 times daily until period concludes.
